Happyfresh is Southeast Asia’s first and fastest-growing grocery delivery provider. The on-demand company is currently available in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand and offers more than 100,000 products from over 50 large supermarket chains on its platform.

Using Sendbird’s Chat API, Happyfresh connects their customers with highly-trained personal shoppers to deliver quality products. Communication is critical between customers and personal shoppers because having the ability to choose the food you buy, especially fresh produce, is important to many people in the region. After the personal shoppers pick the desired products a professional driver delivers the groceries right to the customer’s door.

Happyfresh is continuing to change the way consumers in Southeast Asian buy and shop for groceries. In 2018, Happyfresh partnered with ride-hailing giant, Grab, to expand their presence in SEA with a service called GrabFresh. Now, users of Grab can enjoy grocery shopping from the comfort of their homes with Happyfresh.
