Smart throttling

In open channels, group channels and Supergroup channels, you can use smart throttling to customize the number of messages displayed in a channel per second. By doing so, you can adjust the pace of the conversation in a chat so that users can have sufficient time to read messages.

Sendbird's default system setting is five messages per second. This limit can only be adjusted by contacting our sales team.
