Smart throttling

In open channels, group channels, and Supergroup channels, you can use smart throttling to customize the number of messages displayed in a channel per second. By doing so, you can adjust the pace of the conversation in a chat so that users can have sufficient time to read messages.

Note: Sendbird's default system setting is five messages per second. This limit can only be adjusted by contacting our sales team.
