SMS

Send SMS messages to your users directly from the Sendbird Dashboard. You can create a new SMS channel and send messages to your users' phone numbers.

Note: To enable this channel, contact our Sales team first.

1. On the Business Messaging > Channels page, click Create channel+ button at the top-right corner of your screen.

2. Select SMS under Channel type.

3. Fill in the following fields:

• Name: Specify a name of the channel.
• Key: Specify a unique identifier of the channel.
• Phone number: Specify the phone number of the sender. Register the phone number in advance through our Sales team.

Note: You can create multiple channels of the same type except Push notification channel.
