Sendbird uses certain sub-processors to assist in providing its services. This page identifies third-party sub-processors that process personal data on behalf of Sendbird's customers in connection with the delivery of Sendbird's services.
Vendors used solely for Sendbird's internal business operations (e.g., sales, HR, or finance tools) are not included in this list.
Before engaging any sub-processors, Sendbird performs strict due diligence to ensure Sendbird's customer data remain secure and protected. This list may be updated from time to time. To obtain the most updated copy, please contact compliance@sendbird.com.
