When you join the Sendbird Research Community, we will ask a few questions about yourself and your company, so that we can match you with the right research studies in the future.
Once you complete the sign-up survey, you will be invited to research studies via email in which we will provide enough information for you to determine whether you would like to participate. You can always say no to the invitation or you can unsubscribe at any time.
The information you provide to join the community will only be used to match you with the most relevant studies. It won’t be shared externally.
No, our sessions will be remote using video conferencing tools.
Not at all! We are eager to hear from folks who do not use our products, too.
We typically compensate our research participants with an electronic gift card. The amount may vary depending on the type of research study. Details for each study will be included in the respective email invitation.
