We’re thrilled to share that Sendbird Chat is now available for purchase in Amazon Web Services (AWS) Marketplace. AWS Marketplace is a digital catalog with thousands of software listings from independent software vendors that make it easy for customers to find, test, buy, and deploy software that runs on AWS. With the Sendbird Chat product listed in AWS Marketplace, even more organizations throughout the world can benefit from the software solution. We currently support over 250 million active users and 5 billion messages a month, with a global infrastructure built across 9 AWS regions.

Anyone with an AWS account can purchase a Sendbird Chat subscription in just a few clicks. Within minutes, customers can integrate Sendbird’s chat APIs and leverage its reliable infrastructure to begin sending secure and engaging messages. Sendbird’s AWS global cloud infrastructure for in-app conversations supports more than 250 million users and delivers over 5 billion messages every month.

“We’ve seen the value Sendbird Chat delivers to companies all over the world,” said Jae Kyu Chun, Head of Partners and Alliances, Korea. “We are pleased to welcome Sendbird to AWS Marketplace so that our customers can add powerful conversation capabilities into their applications.”

Virgin Mobile UAE improved their CSAT with Sendbird Desk.

We built our conversations platform for mobile apps supporting chat, voice, and video on top of AWS. Sendbird Chat is now one of less than 556 software-as-a-service (SaaS) business applications on AWS Marketplace.

Buying through AWS Marketplace also simplifies billing by empowering customers to leverage consolidated AWS billing, cost analysis with Cost Explorer, and subscription management. Additionally, purchases in AWS Marketplace qualify against customers’ Enterprise Discount Program (EDP) commitments.

Customers who purchase a Sendbird Chat subscription in AWS Marketplace enjoy the flexibility to test software, negotiate custom terms, and save money with long-term commitments.

“We are proud to collaborate with AWS to build and scale our conversations platform ,” said Sendbird co-founder and CEO John S. Kim. “We are delighted to launch Sendbird Chat in AWS Marketplace to further extend our reach and enable even more organizations to build relationships with their users.”
