Sendbird chosen as AWS Korea’s Software Partner of the Year
We’re pleased to announce that Sendbird was chosen as Amazon Web Services (AWS) Korea’s Software Partner of the Year. This recognition is a tremendous honor, and we believe it’s only the beginning of a long and successful partnership with AWS.
On receiving an AWS Partner Award
Once a year, Amazon honors select members of the AWS Partner Network (APN) with the AWS Partner Award.
The award recognizes AWS partners who are “leaders in the channel and play key roles in helping customers drive innovation and build solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS)” and whose “business models have embraced specialization and collaboration.”
At this year’s award ceremony, the VP of AWS Commercial Sales, APJ Phil Davis, announced the awards, and we were thrilled to be recognized as the Software Partner of the Year.
Ready for the next level?
Other deserving partners were also recognized. For example, the award for Rising Star Software Partner of the Year went to ulalaLAB, and LG CNS bagged the Services Partner of the Year award.
The beginning of a long and fruitful relationship with AWS
It’s an enormous honor to have been chosen from thousands of software partners. This award speaks to the work we’re doing here at Sendbird and our ongoing partnership with AWS.
We’re confident that this award will help us gain further exposure in Korea. While Sendbird is a well-known software company there, famous in part for our innovative in-app chat APIs and SDKs, many people in Korea are not aware of our partnership with AWS. As the dominant cloud player in Korea, this award is an excellent opportunity to showcase that our products are available on the AWS platform.
This award also signals to our partners and customers in Korea and around the world that we’re committed to driving innovation and building solutions via AWS. We’re looking forward to the future opportunities this award opens up, and to a long, mutually beneficial partnership with AWS.
We’re so grateful for everyone at Sendbird and AWS who made this happen. We’re excited to see what the future holds – the conversation never ends with Sendbird!
