Sendbird adds Upstage's Solar LLM to its generative AI offering

This year, Sendbird is taking a massive leap into generative AI. On February 27, we released a new no-code AI chatbot solution that anyone can use to build a free custom AI chatbot . A week later, on March 5, we announced a strategic partnership with Upstage, Solar LLM's creator. 

This partnership enables companies to quickly deploy generative AI chatbots on websites and mobile apps, providing human-like customer service powered by Solar. Upstage.ai launched its first SmartAssistant chatbot using the Solar LLM.
